Installation Instructions
All of Long Ride Shields are equipped for easy installation.
During installation, please make sure bolts are torqued to 25-30 inch/lbs. Over/Under torqueing can lead to material cracking. PLEASE DO NOT USE LOC-TITE ON YOUR BOLTS.
To avoid damage to your windshield, please use "Plastic Safe" cleaners. Chemicals such as: Loc-Tite, Ammonia, Gasoline, Glass cleaners, Petroleum, and Alcohol-Based products are corrosive to all plastics.

Electra Glide |
For an Electra Glide Installation, you will want to place the windshield in the middle slit of the Batwing Fairing. You will want to tighten the center bolt first, then proceed with the outer ones after. |

Fat Boy |
For a Fat Boy installation, you will want to attach the correct mounting hardware, starting from the middle bolt while working your way outwards from this point. Note: You will need the Quick Detach / Quick Release Brackets for your bike. They are NOT included.

Heritage Classic |
For a Heritage Classic installation, you will want to attach the correct mounting hardware, starting from the middle bolt while working your way outwards from this point. Note: You will need the Quick Detach / Quick Release Brackets for your bike. They are NOT included.

Road Glide (2013 – Older) |
For a 2013 or older Road Glide installation, you will want to mount the middle mounting screw first, then work your way outwards on each side from here. |

|
Road Glide (2015 – 2020) |
For a 2015 – newer Road Glide installation, you will want to screw the inner most holes first, then proceed outwards from this point. |

|
Road King |
For a Road King installation, you will want to attach the correct mounting hardware, starting from the middle bolt while working your way outwards from this point. Note: You will need the Quick Detach / Quick Release Brackets for your bike. They are NOT included. |

Softail Slim / Deluxe |
For a Softail Slim / Deluxe installation, you will want to attach the correct mounting hardware, starting from the middle bolt while working your way outwards from this point. Note: You will need the Quick Detach / Quick Release Brackets for your bike. They are NOT included. |

Street Glide |
